MIHA Sauvignon Blanc opens with enticing aromas of lime, grapefruit, and passion fruit. On the palate it delivers a lively burst of citrus, enhanced by hints of pineapple and guava — finishing crisp, clean, and mineral.

Crafted from Upper Wairau Valley fruit, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve every nuance of Marlborough's terroir.

Our Story

The Humpback
Highway

A remarkable migratory path stretching from the icy waters of Antarctica to the warm shallows of Marlborough. Each year, baby humpback whales grace our coast with their presence — an awe-inspiring spectacle that is at the heart of everything MIHA stands for.

These majestic creatures are woven into New Zealand's Māori heritage, symbolising a deep connection between land, sea, and the generations that have cherished them. MIHA Sauvignon Blanc is our tribute to that bond.

The Place

Born in
Marlborough.

Our fruit is carefully grown in the Upper Wairau Valley — a picturesque region framed by rugged mountains and gently sloping hills. Warm days, cool nights, and stony alluvial soils rich in minerals allow our Sauvignon Blanc to ripen gradually and develop intense, concentrated flavours.

As a Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand accredited producer, we farm with sheep instead of mowers in winter, mulch our vine prunings back into the soil, and use chemicals only when truly necessary — protecting the land that gives us this wine.
